My regular dentist suggested that I see Dr. Nguyen for a dreaded ROOT CANAL. After getting a 3D scanner image of the problem decay and examining how close it was to a nerve, we agreed to proceed. In total, the procedure lasted about 1.5 hr and to be honest, it was uneventful. This was my first root canal and I am assuming not my last since I'm a pensioner. If ever I need a future root canal, I would definitely return to Dr. Nguyen. Paid 100% on my credit card since I'm no longer covered by a dental plan; they gave me a waiver on the consultation fee and even a percentage discount and I didn't even request the savings.

I can't praise Dr. Brian and his team enough! As someone with a deep-seated fear of dentists, finding myself in sudden pain after relocating to SF was incredibly daunting. However, from the moment I stepped into their office, the receptionist was so welcoming and helped me with all the forms. I felt genuinely cared for and at ease. Dr. Brian patiently explained my situation, giving me the time I needed to make decisions about my treatment. His gentle approach made the entire root canal procedure surprisingly calm for someone like me. The nurse was equally fantastic, providing comforting reassurance and a cozy blanket throughout. Highly recommended for anyone seeking compassionate dental care in the SF area.
